    Let me say this. It's the truth. I couldn't lift my arms. Massive pump. Another superior training program. It's not easy, but i love that about it. Keep them coming brotha

    Just finished the last of Mike Rashid's shoulder workout......Damn!!!! On an average shoulder workout I do between 130-180 reps. With this workout plan you are doing between 200 to 300 reps. I love it, I am drained at the end of the workouts. One thing to keep in mind, you might not be able to lift 3 plates doing a shoulder press like Mike. But, push yourself and match his reps. I can't lie, I would have to stop and take a quick breather and keep going. I am looking forward to trying his other workouts. Thanks Mike!!!!

    One of the most intense workouts I have ever done. Definitely stretched me beyond my comfort zone. I love this program...

    Week 1 was ok....your shoulders are taxed from the first many heavy reps. I usually have a problem putting shirt back on after my shoulder workout...but THIS workout?.....I never struggled to get my shirt on like I did today. Very much looking forward to the end of the month.
